Joint Secretary, Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs, Swachh Bharat Mission, Rupa Mishra inspected the operations of the Bio-CNG (biogas) and biomining plants at the Kapuluppada dumping yard under Greater Visakhapatnam Municipal Corporation (GVMC) limits on Thursday. She was accompanied by GVMC Commissioner Ketan Garg and other officials.
